Is it possible to have an extra field, along with price, make, model, etc where we can enter contact details, either phone or email (or both, 2 fields perhaps).

Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to (easily) add extra fields in AutoDirector. You can, however, put that information in the 'more information' box. You could also use a template to make that easier.

Craig, when you say Template, do you mean .css, or are there some other templates that I can play with?

There's a text template for the "more information" field. Create a file named info-showroomname.txt in the root autodirector folder and it'll be used as the default text in that field.
