AutoDirector works on a variety of operating systems, web server platforms, PHP versions, and MySQL installations. If you encounter a problem during installation or upgrade, please be as specific as possible about the systems you're using.

The majority of installation issues concern either MySQL configuration or file permissions. The troubleshooting guide provides several solutions. We will always try to help, but it's advisable to contact your web host with specific questions about your website setup.
