We've produced a mod for AutoDirector that allows an administrator to define default text for the "additional information" box when you add a new vehicle. This could save you a considerable amount of time. You can start with a similar description for every vehicle and simply remove text that does not apply. A template can be defined for individual showrooms or every showroom. Download the AutoDirector information template modThis will work with all registered versions of AutoDirector v1.8 and just requires three files to be uploaded. The mod will be rolled into future versions of the product. Enjoy _______________ AutoDirector administrator « Last edit by Craig on Wed 3 September, 2008 19:30. »

Nice Mod. What would make it even nicer would be if for the template the template creator could put in basic HTML styles so the template creator made some text bold, underlined, italics (yech), size, and colour.
Would it be easy to do if we use real HTML Code (ie. if <STRONG>text</STRONG>)?
Not everyone will know how to do it, although its pretty basic.
That could really make the Comments section more powerful and visually important (e.g. red text = IMPORTANT)

You can do that using markdown syntax, e.g. _this will be bold_ - this is a title * this is a bullet
See the help - the syntax can be used in the template file or the additional information box. _______________ AutoDirector administrator
