Moved site to new host, dumped & restored database in the new location. Data displays fine, but neither client user nor I can login - even as super (can't get to control panel with no login accepted). Checked chmod (644), checked ini file, all looks correct.

Larry has now fixed this problem.

Some hosts append your account name on to the start of the database name and/or user name, e.g. "myautodirectordb" becomes "myaccount_myautodirectordb". It's something to watch out for when creating or moving databases.
